At TideoraWear, operated by Jincheng Premium Limited, we strive to provide you with high-quality, high-street bespoke fashion garments and an exceptional client experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions detailed below.
Return Conditions
- The garment must be entirely unused, unworn, unwashed, and maintained in its absolute original condition.
- All original designer tags, labels, and protective factory packaging must remain intact and included with the return.
- Personalized, custom-tailored, or uniquely modified garments (including custom embroidery or specific monogramming) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is an explicit manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- For non-personalized items, if the return conditions are not fully satisfied, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return altogether.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated client support desk at [email protected] to receive an official Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Securely package the item with all original materials, ensuring you enclose a note stating your unique order number and whether you prefer a direct financial refund or a size/item exchange. Please dispatch the package to the designated warehouse address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect verified on our part.
Refunds & Financial Credits
Once your returned parcel is received and undergoes a rigorous quality inspection at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original outbound shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
Exchanges
Garment exchanges are strictly subject to product and textile availability. If your requested size or design is out of stock, a standard refund will be issued instead. Customers assume liability for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the process is driven by our operational error.
